Key Task:
- Manage the current activities of the development company and ensure business growth, profitability, and efficiency.
Tasks:
- Manage the current company operations.
- Ensure the effective functioning of all departments.
- Formulate business development strategy.
- Develop commercial strategy with a focus on long-term growth and profitability.
- Manage the company's operational activities.
- Plan, organize, and control the execution of key tasks.
- Organize the full cycle of work with company assets.
- Participate in the development of concepts, refinement, and execution of projects.
- Monitor project implementation deadlines.
- Implement automation and modern digital tools, including AI.
- Plan and control key financial indicators.
- Manage the company budget.
- This role is for someone who can simultaneously manage the market, assets, team, finances, and project execution.
Requirements:
- Successful experience as a CEO or in a comparable position at a development company.
- Excellent knowledge of the real estate market.
- Experience with land plots for industrial and agricultural use will be an advantage.
- Strong strategic thinking.
- Developed organizational and management skills.
- Systemic approach and independence in decision-making.
Conditions:
