- Fixed salary – negotiable + KPI

Expectations:
- Successful experience in a similar position in a development company, individual housing construction (IHC) objects, cottage settlements, low-rise construction
- Excellent knowledge of the real estate market. Experience with industrial and agricultural land plots is welcomed
- Strategic thinking, developed organizational and management skills, systematic approach.
Tasks:
- Management of the company's current activities
- Ensuring the effective operation of the company's divisions
- Strategic planning, formation of the company's commercial strategy aimed at ensuring long-term growth and profitability of the company
- Effective management of the company's operational activities, including planning, organization, and execution control
- Organization of the full cycle of work with company objects, including concept development, refinement, and implementation of objects
- Monitoring the deadlines for project implementation
- Implementation of modern automation methods (including AI) to accelerate Company processes
- Planning and control of key financial indicators and budget management
- Entering new directions, which are discussed with all candidates: IHC-house construction and management company for settlements (operation under the housing and communal services model)
