We are looking for a CEO for a Russian company with experience in the following segments: HoReCa, premium medicine, private education, and service sector with franchise networks.
- Employment: Full-time employment
- Format: Office format in Moscow
Responsibilities:
- Strategic management of the company's development with a 3–5 year horizon
- Financial management: P&L, Cash Flow, balance sheet, budgeting, and cost control
- Development of commercial strategy, revenue growth, and pricing optimization
- Improving operational efficiency, implementing transparent business processes and standards
- Crisis management and decision-making under uncertainty
- Formation and development of a strong management team, implementation of training and mentoring systems
- Building effective interaction with partners, investors, and government bodies
Experience and requirements:
- Experience in a similar position in the specified segment
- Stable career path
- Proven results with measurable business indicators
- Experience managing commercial and/or financial functions for at least 3 years
- Strong competencies in finance, commerce, operational, and crisis management
- High level of responsibility, strategic thinking, and developed leadership qualities.
