Responsibilities: · Strategic management of company development with a 3-5 year horizon · Financial management: P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, budgeting and cost control · Development of commercial strategy, revenue growth and pricing optimization · Improvement of operational efficiency, implementation of transparent business processes and standards · Crisis management and decision-making under uncertainty · Formation and development of a strong management team, implementation of training and mentorship system · Building effective interaction with partners, investors, and government bodies

Experience and Requirements · Experience in a similar position in the specified segment for 3-5 years · Stable career path · Proven results with measurable business indicators · Experience managing commercial and/or financial functions for 3+ years · Strong competencies in finance, commerce, operational and crisis management · High level of responsibility, strategic thinking, and developed leadership qualities.
