- Strategic management of company development with a 3–5 year horizon
- Financial management: P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, budgeting and cost control
- Development of commercial strategy, revenue growth and pricing optimization
- Improving operational efficiency, implementing transparent business processes and standards
- Crisis management and decision-making under uncertainty
- Formation and development of a strong management team, implementation of training and mentorship systems
- Building effective interaction with partners, investors, and government bodies
Requirements
- Experience with the specified functionality in the given segment of 3–5 years
- Stable career path
- Proven results with measurable business indicators
- Experience managing commercial and/or financial functions for 3+ years
