Responsibilities: · Strategic management of company development with a 3–5 year horizon · Financial management: P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, budgeting, and cost control · Development of commercial strategy, revenue growth, and pricing optimization · Improvement of operational efficiency, implementation of transparent business processes and standards · Crisis management and decision-making under uncertainty · Formation and development of a strong management team, implementation of a training and mentoring system · Building effective interaction with partners, investors, and government bodies

Experience and Requirements · 3-5 years of experience in a similar position within the specified segments · Stable career path · Proven results with measurable business indicators · 3+ years of experience managing commercial and/or financial functions · Strong competencies in finance, commerce, operational, and crisis management · High level of responsibility, strategic thinking, and developed leadership qualities.
