Branch Director

We are looking for a strong manager to lead a branch providing corporate catering, cleaning, and technical maintenance services to the largest industrial enterprises in the region.
Main Responsibilities
- Managing the operational activities of the branch and ensuring the uninterrupted operation of facilities.
- Supervising corporate catering, cleaning, and technical maintenance services.
- Achieving target indicators for revenue, profit, and business efficiency.
- Developing long-term relationships with key clients, including group enterprises.
- Optimizing business processes and increasing operational efficiency.
- Forming and developing a strong management team.
- Budgeting, controlling branch income and expenses.
- Participating in the launch of new catering formats and the implementation of modern technologies.
Our Candidate
- Has at least 5 years of successful experience managing a branch or a large business unit in the public catering sector.
- Possesses strong leadership and management competencies.
- Has experience managing P&L and achieving financial performance indicators.
- Confidently conducts negotiations at the level of key clients and partners.
- Thinks strategically, acts proactively, and is result-oriented.
- Holds a higher education degree (economics, technical, or technological).
