We invite an experienced manager to organize and comprehensively manage a shift camp.
Responsibilities
- Full operational management of the shift camp.
- Organization and control of catering, cleaning, and facility operation.
- Personnel management: task setting, work control, schedules, discipline.
- Quality control of accommodation and employee services.
- Organization of catering, control of the canteen operation, product quality, and sanitary standards compliance.
- Management of cleaning services and maintaining order on the territory and in living quarters.
- Control of building operation, engineering systems, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Interaction with contracting organizations and suppliers.
- Control of the consumption of inventory and materials, products, household materials, and equipment.
- Maintaining operational documentation and reporting.
- Control of compliance with labor protection, fire, and sanitary safety requirements.
- Prompt resolution of domestic and household issues.
Requirements
- Experience in managing shift camps, large remote facilities.
- Experience in managing catering / cleaning / operations.
- Management skills and experience working with a team.
- Ability to make independent decisions and be responsible for results.
- Systemic approach, responsibility, demanding of quality.
- Willingness to work in a remote location and on a shift schedule.
- Confident PC user, reporting skills.

Who we are looking for
We need not an administrator, but an independent facility manager who can take full responsibility for the domestic and operational aspects of the shift camp: people, catering, cleaning, operations, contractors, quality, and daily operational stability.
