An IT company Goulash.Tech is looking for a CEO.
Key Tasks:
- Strategy. Updating the strategy with the participation of owners, forming long-term and short-term goal-setting
- Operations. Building operational processes to form a system that yields predictable results across all functional areas of the company
- Finance. P&L, unit economics, cash flow management
- Product and Technology. Creating a balance between maintaining the current functionality and customer satisfaction in the portfolio, and developing new products that enhance the system's USP and open access to new market segments and sales channels
- Team. Strengthening the current team, increasing its efficiency and the predictability of business results through team development
Requirements:
- Have at least 4 years of experience successfully managing a mature IT company or a large unit/product within an IT company (staff from 100+ people)
- Personally experienced the scaling phase with a company: revenue growth of 2+ times per year, transition from chaotic growth to systematic management
- See business systemically and know how to translate strategy into OKRs and processes, leading the business to measurable results
- Make decisions based on numbers, not intuition
- Do not get lost in uncertainty and take responsibility for the result
- Inspire the team, even when tough decisions need to be made
