✅Chief Operating Officer (COO), Remote | International Company
Responsibilities: • Build and scale the company's operational system in a period of active growth. • Develop and implement processes, regulations, KPIs, OKRs, SLAs, and SOPs. • Manage resources, production capacities, and team efficiency. • Monitor the execution of operational and financial indicators. • Manage P&L, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making. • Form the company's organizational structure and develop the management team. • Implement systems for performance evaluation, onboarding, training, and employee retention. • Build a culture of responsibility, transparency, and results orientation. • Develop sales, marketing, recruitment, finance, and operational management functions. • Ensure the company is ready for further scaling.
We are looking for you if you: • Have experience scaling a business from a startup to a company of 100–300+ employees. • Have independently built processes and an operational system from scratch. • Have worked in fast-growing international companies in the SaaS, Fintech, IT Outsourcing, BPO, Shared Services, Customer Support, Healthcare Operations, or Cloud sectors. • Deeply understand P&L management, Unit Economics, Gross Margin, and Forecasting. • Have successful experience in building organizational structures and hiring managers. • Know how to implement KPIs, manage team performance, and build a motivation system. • Understand modern approaches to building sales and marketing departments. • Are capable of making decisions under uncertainty and with limited resources.
