COO / Chief Operating Officer

Location: Remote Format: Full-time

We are an international FinTech company, operating for over 4 years. The team has 50+ people.

We focus on payment infrastructure, money transfers, and international payment solutions.

We are looking for a COO who will take over the operational part of the business and help scale processes.

Responsibilities: • Manage operational processes and teams; • Identify bottlenecks and increase efficiency; • Implement regulations, KPIs, motivation systems, and reporting; • Work with financial and operational metrics; • Oversee changes from idea to implementation; • Work directly with the owners.

Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in a COO / Operations / GM / leadership role; • Experience in process optimization with measurable results; • Ability to work with KPIs and financial metrics; • Autonomy and strong management skills; • Willingness to deeply dive into processes.

Will be a plus: experience in FinTech / Payments / Crypto / IT.
