🚀 We are looking for a COO / Head of Operations | High-Risk Payments

An international FinTech company in the payments sector is looking for an operational leader who can turn rapid business growth into a working system.

This is an opportunity not just to manage current processes, but to build an operational model that will allow the company to scale without constant manual management from the owner.

💳 What's involved: — Manage key functions: Payments, Finance, Risk, Support, Tech, and others. — Optimize payment processes, understand commissions, profitability, and route efficiency. — Launch new payment methods, providers, and products. — Build a KPI system, automate routine tasks, and structure work communication. — Strengthen the team and prepare the business for the next stage of growth.

🔎 Who we are looking for: COO / Head of Operations with experience in High-Risk Payments, payment aggregation, or a related transactional business. Deep understanding of payment infrastructure is important, as well as experience scaling a small company. Experience with a proprietary payment method will be a plus.

📍 Location: Serbia, mandatory relocation to Belgrade (except for Belarus/Russia/Ukraine). A hybrid format or regular business trips are possible. 🎁 The company assists with relocation and document processing, compensates for housing rent and children's education expenses. 🌍 English B2.
