We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer who will take charge of the company's daily operations and help build a sustainable system for further scaling.
Key Responsibilities:
🌸 Managing operational activities and heads of functional areas. 🌸 Building interaction between Payments, Finance, Support, Tech, Project Management, and Commercial. 🌸 Auditing and optimizing end-to-end processes, eliminating operational bottlenecks. 🌸 Implementing regulations, accountability systems, KPIs, and management reporting. 🌸 Automating manual processes, implementing ERP and analytics tools. 🌸 Monitoring key operational indicators and the effectiveness of payment solutions. 🌸 Participating in the launch of new payment methods, providers, and products. 🌸 Developing the organizational structure, managers, and team. 🌸 Analyzing critical incidents and implementing solutions to prevent their recurrence.
What's Important:
💦 Experience as COO / Operations Director / Head of Operations or a similar leadership role. 💦 Experience specifically in FinTech, PSP, acquiring, payment aggregator, or other transactional business. 💦 Managing multiple functions simultaneously and a team through line managers. 💦 Practical experience in scaling operations and building processes. 💦 Deep understanding of payment economics: Pay-in / Pay-out, PSP, fees, FX, settlement, reconciliation, routing, success rate, merchant economics. 💦 Ability to independently work with data, identify the causes of deviations, and make decisions based on them. 💦 Experience in process automation and implementing management tools. 💦 English language proficiency is mandatory.
