We are looking for an operations manager to take over the management of the registration department: team, processes, deadlines, quality.

This is not a position for a registration expert. We need a person who knows how to build a team's work, identify bottlenecks, increase productivity, and make the process sustainable — so that the department can function even with changes in workload or staff absence.

Tasks

• Organization of team work and task distribution;
• Control of deadlines, quality, and completeness of registration actions;
• Interaction with other departments (tax consultants, accounting, sales, alternative liquidation team);
• Identification and elimination of bottlenecks;
• Increasing the speed and predictability of the department's work;
• Employee cross-training and backup scenarios;
• Participation in process automation and standardization;
• Development of regulations and work schemes.

Scale

• ~80 new companies per month;
• ~200 companies in the active pipeline;
• Pronounced seasonality, increased workload towards the end of the quarter.

What we expect

3 months: immersion, taking over management without a decrease in level, identifying bottlenecks and risks. 6 months: increased efficiency, reduced delays, employee cross-training, process stability. 12 months: a formed scalable operational system with transparent metrics and automation.

Who we are looking for

• Experience in managing a team and an operational function;
• Ability to build processes and regulations;
• Working with metrics and productivity;
• Systemic thinking, independence, ability to solve non-standard problems;
• Basic understanding of corporate terminology (legal entity, founder, charter, OKVED, etc.);
• Relevant experience in registrations is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Financial and legal consulting, corporate and registration services, companies with complex operational structures are of interest.

Conditions

• Fixed salary: ~200,000 ₽;
• KPI / bonus: up to 150,000 ₽;
• Final terms — by agreement;
