Operations Director

We are looking for an Operations Director who will take charge of managing the company's internal processes and improve their efficiency. The team consists of 240 specialists, with a well-established management structure and strong specialized departments.

Responsibilities — Manage heads of HR, Legal, Operations, Registration, and IT/helpdesk departments, as well as Development and Integrations. — Analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements. — Build a system of KPIs, reporting, and performance control. — Increase team productivity, optimize expenses, and automate processes. — Influence departmental economics and financial indicators. — Work directly with the CEO, independently initiate changes, and bring them to measurable results.

Requirements — At least 3 years of experience as an Operations/Executive Director. — Experience managing a structure of 100+ employees and multiple departments through their leaders. — Understanding of financial indicators, budgeting, KPIs, and management analytics. — Strong systemic and analytical thinking, independence, and high decision-making speed. — Ability not just to maintain processes, but to find growth points and increase business efficiency. Experience in digital, IT, legal consulting, or professional B2B services will be an advantage.

Conditions

• Salary 300,000 ₽ + bonuses for KPI. Target income – up to 450,000 ₽ per month.
• Fully remote work.
• Schedule 5/2, from 9:00 to 18:00 MSK.
• Direct interaction with the CEO and broad authority.
