We are looking for an Operations Director for a company providing short-term rental services in Spain. The team is international, communication is in Russian, Spanish, and English. Reports to the shareholder.

Main task – business scaling by managing the efficiency of operational processes and increasing the number of properties (houses, apartments, villas).

Candidate Requirements: · Experience managing a company with a similar business model (short-term property rental, cleaning, residential property maintenance, event space rental, concierge services). · Experience implementing and using digitized metrics for management decisions: occupancy rate, average check, NPS, profitability per property, response time to inquiries. · Business scaling experience. · Successful international case studies in experience. · Proven experience managing distributed teams, contractors, and a portfolio of multiple properties. · Practical experience with online short-term rental platforms: dispute resolution, refund strategy, reputation management. · Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures from scratch. · Confident command of IT tools, practical experience with AI. · Schengen visa or Spanish residence permit. · Confident command of Russian and Spanish languages. English is desirable. · Personal qualities – systematic thinking, open communication, flexibility, initiative. Analytical mindset — ability to make data-driven decisions. Entrepreneurial spirit, readiness to work in a dynamic, growing company.

Conditions:

1. Hybrid work schedule. Business trips within Spain.
2. Employment is possible in Spain and Russia.
3. Income from 10 million rubles per year (€100,000), salary from 400,000 rubles (from €4,000) + KPI (net profit, project tasks). Discussed individually with each candidate.
