We are looking for a COO to lead the operational direction, help scale the business, and build effective internal processes.
Responsibilities:
- Management of operational activities and key business processes.
- Development and implementation of operational strategy.
- Scaling processes during business growth and entry into new markets.
- Process optimization and improvement of operational efficiency.
- Coordination of Operations, Finance, Compliance, Risk, IT, Product, and Commercial departments.
- Management of relationships with banks, PSPs, and strategic partners.
- Participation in the launch of new payment products and international projects.
- Management of the team and key operational KPIs.
Requirements:
- Mandatory experience in an international payment company / PSP / EMI / bank.
- 5+ years in leadership positions.
- Deep understanding of payment infrastructure and international payments.
- Experience in managing operational teams and scaling business processes.
- Experience interacting with banks and PSPs.
- Fluent Russian and English languages.
- Strong leadership and management skills, systems thinking, and high independence.
Will be a plus: experience working with high-risk segments (iGaming, Crypto, Forex) and entering new markets.
