Chief Operating Officer

Mandatory presence in the EU or readiness for relocation. 💳 FinTech, Payments & Crypto We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer who will take over the management of the group's operational activities, ensure coordinated work of business lines, and help scale the company, products, and payment infrastructure in international markets. 🌍 The COO should be able to build operational processes in a complex regulated environment, improve business efficiency, and transform strategic company goals into measurable operational results. 📈 ✅ The ecosystem includes: 🔵 B2C: wallets, payment cards, and IBANs for individuals. 🔵 B2B: wallets, cards, and IBANs for businesses. 🔵 PSP: proprietary payment gateway, integrations with European payment methods, and development of the India direction. 🔵 Regulated Infrastructure: several active licenses and further expansion of geography, product line, and license base. ✅ Key Responsibilities: 🔵 Management of operational activities for B2C and B2B products: wallets, cards, IBAN, and payment gateway. 🔵 Coordination of Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams. 🔵 Optimization of business processes, implementation of KPIs, and performance evaluation system. 🔵 Launch of new products, payment integrations, and entry into new markets. 🔵 Management of interactions with payment providers and partners. 🔵 Scaling operations and teams while maintaining service quality and risk control. ✅ Our Expectations: 🔵 Experience in a similar position for 3+ years. 🔵 Practical experience in FinTech, Payments, PSP, electronic money, or related financial products. 🔵 Understanding of payment infrastructure, interaction with providers, and banking partners. 🔵 Experience in business scaling, managing cross-functional teams, and launching products in international markets. 🔵 Ability to build a KPI system, management reporting, and performance control. 🔵 Fluent English and experience working in an international environment. ⭐ Will be an advantage: experience with crypto/fiat payments, cards, IBAN, digital wallets, and operations in multiple jurisdictions.
