📍Cyprus We are looking for a Finance Director who will establish the work of the financial block of the group of companies. This is a role for a person who knows not only how to manage processes and a team, but also how to launch new processes independently. Understanding of cash flow within the company structure, a strategic view on financial and tax issues, and readiness to work with practical tasks are important.
What you will be doing: • Organizing financial processes in the legal entities of the group: accounting, reporting, tax obligations, and intercompany settlements. • Controlling work with bank accounts, accounts with payment providers, and the contract base; monitoring contract deadlines and terms. • Establishing payment approval procedures, unified regulations, and control points for the team and contractors. • Assigning tasks to external accountants, auditors, tax, and corporate consultants; reviewing results and compliance with deadlines. • Organizing management, accounting, tax, and other necessary reporting. Developing regular summaries for management on balances, debts, obligations, and risks. • Participating in budgeting, financial control, and finding effective solutions for cash flow within the group.
What is important to us: • From 5 years of experience in finance, including at least 2 years in the position of Head of Finance or Finance Director. • iGaming experience is mandatory • Experience working with multiple jurisdictions and understanding of Cypriot specifics: reporting, taxes, and audit. • Experience managing external contractors and outsourced accounting. • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher, fluent Russian. • Systemic approach, ability to build processes and achieve results through the team — with a readiness to dive into tasks independently.
