Senior Finance Manager

🚀 **Senior Finance Manager **| Limassol, Cyprus (On-site)

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Finance Manager with experience in high-risk, high-volume payments (iGaming, Sports Betting, Trading/Brokerage, FinTech or similar).

Key responsibilities: 💳 Manage payment gateways, acquirers, processors & banking relationships 🤝 Lead the finance function and work closely with the Finance Specialist 💸 Oversee global payouts, reconciliations & treasury 📊 Own cash flow, budgeting, forecasting & board reporting 📑 Lead accounting, audit, tax & financial controls 👥 Lead the finance team while staying hands-on

Requirements: ✔️ 10+ years in Finance ✔️ ACA / ACCA / CPA (or equivalent) ✔️ Strong experience with payment processors, chargebacks & reserves ✔️ Multi-entity, multi-currency environment ✔️ Xero (or similar ERP/accounting software)

📍 Location: Limassol, Cyprus (Relocation support available)
