FINANCE MANAGER

An international iGaming company is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Cyprus.

📍 Location: Cyprus, On-site 💼 Employment: Full-time 🌍 Industry: iGaming / High-Risk / FinTech

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Prepare and analyse monthly management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). ✔️ Support budgeting, financial planning and forecasting (FP&A). ✔️ Monitor cash flow, expenses and financial performance. ✔️ Coordinate supplier payments, payroll and banking transactions. ✔️ Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and process improvements. ✔️ Work closely with accountants, auditors, banks and external partners.

What We're Looking For:

✅ Strong accounting and financial analysis skills. ✅ Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting. ✅ Hands-on experience in finance operations, payments and cash management. ✅ Ability to work independently, take ownership and meet deadlines. ✅ Experience in iGaming, FinTech or high-risk industries is a strong advantage. ✅ Ukrainian or Russian and English language skills.
