💎 Position: Financial Manager
🖱 Location: Limassol, Cyprus Office
🪃 We are BMGM. Since 2016, we have been developing the CPA direction in the gambling / betting vertical, focusing on measurable results, proprietary technologies, and data-driven solutions.
We have 250+ specialists and 300+ partners in Tier-1 / Tier-2 markets. We work with PPC/Retargeting, SEO, in-app, ASO, Facebook, develop our own iOS development, internal analytics, and process automation. The team is distributed globally – 15+ countries, fast-paced and clear goals. Now we are expanding our staff and looking for a Financial Manager.
🧩 What you will be doing:
- Managing several directions regarding the control and verification of cash flows: receipts, payments, settlements with partners.
- Controlling payment terms, verifying compliance of marketing expense calculations.
- Performing balance reconciliations: between banking/payment systems / internal accounting systems / reporting.
- Maintaining management reporting (daily / weekly / monthly), analyzing activities with conclusions and proposals based on the results.
- Cost control, expense optimization.

🪃 Requirements:
- Knowledge of Russian (communication in the department is in Russian)
- Experience in financial accounting, financial management, or as a financial analyst — 1-3 years, preferably in iGaming (understanding the specifics of payments, commissions, partner payouts, etc.)
- Knowledge of financial accounting / management accounting / financial analysis (you need to be able to build reports, understand deviations, draw conclusions from the analysis results)
- Excellent skills in Excel and Google Sheets (For large data volumes and quick analysis)
- Responsibility, attention to detail, ability to work in a multitasking environment with rapid changes (complexity of operations, tight deadlines, risk of errors)
Important:
- Be prepared for overtime during peak days (a few days a month are very busy)
- Ability to work independently, effectively allocate workload, plan your work, and be responsible for meeting deadlines and the quality of work performed
🧬 Conditions:
- Work in a comfortable office in Cyprus (Limassol)
- Schedule 5/2 from 10 AM to 6 PM (1 hour for lunch break)
- Possibility of a hybrid format: 50% in the office, 50% remote after 6 months of work
