Senior Accountant
We are inviting an experienced financial specialist with deep knowledge of IFRS and practical experience with international jurisdictions to manage the full cycle of accounting and reporting.

Key Functional Responsibilities:
- Management Analytics: Monthly formation of project reporting with plan-fact analysis and preparation of variance comments;
- Independent IFRS Reporting: Full cycle of financial statement preparation (FS, IS, CFS, Notes) for jurisdictions where mandatory audit and state filings are not required;
- Outsourcing Control (Quality Control): Maintaining primary documentation, organizing interaction with an external accountant, thorough verification of the outsourcer's reports with particular attention to consolidated reporting for structures in Hong Kong, Singapore, UAE, and Cyprus;
- Banking Compliance: Preparation of detailed responses to bank inquiries confirming the economic substance of payments (KYC/AML support).
Candidate Requirements:
Education and Certification:
- Higher education in Economics/Finance/Accounting;
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA/DipIFR certificates will be an advantage.
Professional Skills:
- Deep knowledge of IFRS and reporting transformation principles — experience in preparing a full package "from scratch";
- Confident proficiency in 1C:Accounting (advanced level: selections, custom reports, chart of accounts, adjustments);
- Advanced Excel level: VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Slicers, complex formulas (SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH);
- Fluent business English (B2-C1): correspondence, reading balance sheets of foreign jurisdictions.
- Proactivity — independent problem-solving without constant supervision;
- High attention to detail and stress resistance — working under strict banking deadlines.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience interacting with international outsourcing companies;
- Understanding of legislative accounting specifics in Cyprus, Hong Kong, Singapore, UAE.
