Finance & Back Office Specialist/Manager | Middle/Middle+
📍 Limassol, Cyprus | Full-time | Office
An international financial company is looking for a Finance & Back Office Specialist / Manager — a person who will take responsibility for financial processes, document management, and support of the CFO.
Approximate workload split: 60% Finance / 20% Back Office / 20% Corporate, KYC & Migration
Responsibilities: — Work with external accountants (Cyprus, UAE): collection, upload, and control of financial documents — Review of financial statements, tax calculations, invoices — Payment processing and support of monthly management reporting — Maintaining registers, reconciliations, document management — Preparation of document packages for KYC/AML, corporate, and migration processes — Preparation for audit
We expect: — 3+ years in finance, accounting, audit, financial or investment operations — Proficient in Excel — Experience working with external accountants, auditors, or legal partners — High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple processes in parallel — Fluent Russian and English (spoken and written)
An advantage: — Experience in financial services, asset management, or a CySEC company — Familiarity with multiple jurisdictions — Experience with KYC/AML documentation — Higher education in finance / accounting / economics
