Payment Manager

For over 3 years, we have been supporting turnkey projects: from strategy to results. We specialize in Latin America and are deeply immersed in the specifics of the industry. We are currently looking for a Payment Manager to develop payment infrastructure in the LATAM markets. 🔴 What you will do: Search for and connect new payment providers and methods; Test, configure, and launch payment solutions; Manage the payment page and optimize the payment flow; Set up and optimize routing and cascades of payment channels; Analyze the effectiveness of payment methods and improve conversion in collaboration with providers and the technical team; Control technical work and support changes in the payment infrastructure; Maintain reporting on launches and the results of payment methods. 🔴 What is important to us: Experience with payment systems, PSP, or processing; Understanding of payment processes, routing, cascades, and principles of payment methods; Experience in launching and configuring payment solutions; Ability to analyze performance metrics and identify growth areas; Skills in interacting with providers and technical teams; English for business communication.
