🚀 Vacancy: Conversion Manager (Payments) 🌍 Format: Remote 🕒 Schedule: 2/2, 12-hour shifts We are looking for a Conversion Manager who will be responsible for payment conversion, stability of payment methods, and real-time operational management of PSPs. 📌 Main Tasks: Monitoring payment conversion (Approve Rate / Success Rate) Managing PSPs and payment methods: enabling, disabling, switching traffic Configuring payment routes, cascades, and limits Identifying conversion drops and resolving incidents promptly Interacting with PSP, Payment, Tech, and Antifraud teams Analyzing anomalous payment activity and optimizing payment processes 🔎 What's Important: Understanding of payment processes, PSPs, and Payment Gateway Knowledge of key payment conversion metrics Analytical thinking and ability to make quick decisions Attention to detail and readiness to work in a dynamic environment Experience in Payments / Fintech / iGaming will be an advantage
