💳 Billing Manager / Payments Operations

To the media buying team, scaling performance traffic to Western markets (US/EU).

We are looking for a Billing / Payments specialist who will be responsible for the stable operation of web payments and subscriptions: so that users can pay for products without problems, subscriptions are renewed correctly, and the business does not lose revenue due to declines, technical errors, and PSP issues.

What needs to be done: — daily monitor payment metrics: approval rate, declines, errors, drops by GEO / banks / payment methods / PSP — work with payment routing, cascades, and retry logic, find ways to increase approval rate and reduce payment losses — manage PSP and MID: connection, setup, optimization, resolution of operational issues — connect new PSPs and payment methods, interact with the technical team on integrations — control recurring payments: renewals, retries, failed payments, grace period, cancellations — analyze the reasons for declined / failed payments and identify revenue loss points — work with chargebacks, disputes, and fraud, find causes and reduce losses — reconcile payments, refunds, commissions, and settlements — interact with Product, Engineering, Support, and PSPs to quickly resolve issues

Who we are looking for: — experience in Billing / Payments Operations / Payment Performance / Subscription Billing — hands-on experience with PSPs, payment gateways, MID, and payment infrastructure — practical experience with payment routing / cascades / retries — understanding of approval rate, declines, recurring payments, chargebacks, and disputes — ability to independently analyze payment metrics and identify revenue loss points — experience with web-to-web / web subscription products will be a big advantage — experience with international payment systems / PSPs (e.g., Stripe, Adyen, Solidgate, Checkout, Braintree, PayPal, Worldpay, Primer)
