Payment Manager (LatAm, iGaming) Required

We are a large company in the iGaming industry (NDA), looking for a Payment Manager to conquer new LatAm markets!

▪️Responsibilities: ▫️Conducting payment method testing, controlling the correctness of settings, and launching new methods; ▫️Managing the payment page on the website, studying competitors, optimizing the placement of methods and the payment flow; ▫️Working with channel conversion, resolving transaction success issues with providers and the tech team; ▫️Working on optimal cascading, monitoring channel functionality, and timely response to technical work; ▫️Maintaining reporting and analyzing the effectiveness of payment methods, proposing improvements; ▫️Developing existing providers (increasing volumes, including new payment methods, changing rates and limits).

▪️Requirements: ▫️Experience with payment infrastructure (merchant / PSP / acquiring / iGaming / fintech); ▫️Understanding of payment method conversion metrics and the ability to analyze them; ▫️Experience with routing (traffic redistribution), cascades, and logs; ▫️Strong analytical skills and the ability to make quick decisions; ▫️Knowledge of payment providers in LatAm, experience working with the region (as an advantage); ▫️Readiness to work in incident conditions and respond quickly to non-standard situations; ▫️English language proficiency at least B1.

▪️Will be a plus: ▫️Experience in high-risk industries (iGaming, betting, crypto, etc.); ▫️Experience interacting with PSPs and payment aggregators; ▫️Understanding of anti-fraud processes and payment flows; ▫️Experience in automating and optimizing payment processes.
