Responsibilities: • Identify and onboard new PSPs, payment aggregators and APMs • Negotiate commercial terms, including fees, rolling reserves, settlement terms and limits • Build and maintain long-term relationships with payment partners • Monitor partner performance and SLA compliance • Research local payment methods across Tier 1, 2 and 3 GEOs • Launch new payment solutions to improve conversion rates • Analyze competitors’ payment setups and market trends • Support expansion into new regulated and non-regulated markets • Monitor key payment KPIs: approval rates, decline reasons, chargebacks and processing fees • Improve transaction success rates and optimize routing and cascading logic • Reduce processing costs and operational risks • Collaborate with Finance and Compliance on settlements, reconciliation, KYC and due diligence Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in payments, fintech or iGaming • Experience working with PSPs, banks or payment aggregators • Understanding of high-risk payment environments: gambling, betting or crypto • Experience negotiating commercial terms • Knowledge of chargeback processes and fraud prevention basics • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset • Ability to manage multiple partners and projects simultaneously • English — B2 or higher What we offer: • Remote work format • Competitive compensation package • International iGaming team • Opportunity to work with multiple GEOs and payment solutions • Fast-paced and dynamic environment • 21 working days of vacation Join our team — @Polina_98_m
