📌 Vacancy: PSP Manager (iGaming)

📋 Requirements: • 1+ year of experience as a PSP Manager / Payment Manager in iGaming; • Knowledge of the payment solutions and providers market (PSP, aggregators, crypto-acquiring); • Experience in connecting and supporting payment methods (cards, e-wallets, crypto, local methods); • Understanding of KYC / AML processes and compliance requirements; • Negotiation skills with providers and building long-term relationships; • Work with deposit conversion, success rate, and payment funnel optimization; • Analysis of payment metrics (approval rate, chargeback, decline codes); • Experience with the Latin American market - desirable;
