Requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years in payments (iGaming or fintech)
• Tools: knowledge of PSP solutions, proficiency in Excel and analytics tools (Power BI / Tableau)
• Knowledge: understanding of global payment methods (bank cards, e-wallets, cryptocurrencies), as well as AML/KYC requirements
• Skills: developed analytical and negotiation skills

Responsibilities:

• PSP Relationship Management: working with payment providers, agreeing on terms and tariffs, analyzing and reviewing contracts (acquiring banks, APMs, crypto providers)
• Integrations and Technical Support: collaborating with technical teams, connecting new payment methods, working with APIs
• Process Optimization: monitoring and improving payment conversion, controlling transaction flows, resolving emerging issues
• Onboarding and Compliance: conducting KYC/KYB for new providers, adhering to AML and regional requirements
• Analytics and Reporting: analyzing transaction data (cost, declines), preparing performance reports
