🎰 PSP Manager (iGaming) | Remote

We are looking for an experienced PSP Manager for an international iGaming company operating in the markets of Europe, Canada, Australia, Portugal, and other Tier-1 GEOs.

What you will do: • Develop and optimize the company's payment infrastructure; • Interact with PSPs, acquirers, payment aggregators, and banks; • Connect new payment providers and launch payment solutions in new GEOs; • Analyze key payment metrics (Approval Rate, Deposit Success Rate, Chargebacks, Conversion, etc.); • Improve payment conversion, routing, and cascading of transactions; • Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Finance, CRM, and Operations teams; • Participate in negotiations with providers and support integrations until launch.

What is important: ✔ 2+ years of experience as a PSP Manager / Payments Manager; ✔ Mandatory experience in iGaming (online casino / sportsbook); ✔ Practical experience in managing deposits and withdrawals; ✔ Understanding of card acquiring, e-wallets, Open Banking, and local payment methods; ✔ Experience with AML, KYC, antifraud, and chargeback management; ✔ English language proficiency from Upper-Intermediate.

Will be a plus: ➕ Experience working with the markets of Canada, Australia, Portugal, and New Zealand; ➕ Established network of contacts among PSP providers; ➕ Experience in high-risk industries and complex payment ecosystems.
