💳 Payments Manager – PSP Partnerships & Payment Operations 📍 Limassol, Cyprus 🏢 Full-time | On-site (Hybrid may be considered in exceptional cases)

We're looking for an experienced Payments Manager to own and optimize our global payment strategy across multiple iGaming markets. This role combines commercial negotiations, PSP partnerships, payment optimization, and operational ownership. You'll work closely with Product, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Tech teams to ensure fast, reliable, and cost-effective payment solutions for players worldwide.

Key Responsibilities • Develop and manage the company's PSP strategy across international markets • Evaluate, negotiate, and onboard PSPs, banks, APMs, crypto providers, and payment partners • Optimize deposit approval rates, withdrawals, routing, and payment performance • Monitor provider performance, costs, conversion, and payment stability • Coordinate integrations with Product and Tech teams • Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, CRM, and Finance on payment operations and optimization • Build strong long-term relationships with payment providers and industry partners

Requirements • Experience as a Payments Manager, PSP Manager, Payment Operations Manager, or similar role • Background in iGaming, fintech, payments, banking, crypto, or other high-volume transaction businesses • Strong knowledge of PSPs, acquiring, APMs, payment routing, and payment operations • Experience negotiating commercial terms with payment providers • Understanding of AML/KYC, fraud prevention, chargebacks, and payment risk • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills • Fluent English ⭐ Existing PSP network, multi-market experience, cashier optimization, payment analytics, and B2B platform experience are strong advantages.
