📋 Requirements: • Experience as PSP Manager / Payment Manager in iGaming for at least 1 year; • Understanding of payment methods specifics in gambling (cards, crypto, local methods); • Experience in connecting and supporting payment providers (PSP); • Skill in analyzing metrics (Success Rate, Conversion, Chargeback, Decline Rate); • Experience in optimizing payment funnels and reducing declines; • Work with risk management and anti-fraud systems; • Experience working with LATAM is an advantage;
