VACANCY: PSP Manager (iGaming / Europe) 🌍
We are Mr Bit, an international company in the iGaming sphere. We are building a long-term sustainable business in regulated European markets and are looking for a systemic PSP Manager who will take full ownership of payment processes.
We are looking for someone who loves structure, processes, and an analytical approach.
🌐 What you will do:
- Partner Management: Full management of PSP partners (negotiations, terms, relationship development, contract renewals).
- Performance: Control of KPIs (Acceptance Rate, Cost, transaction stability, deadline management).
- Operations & Analytics: Work with reports, metrics, and participate in process optimization (Routing, cascading).
- Cross-functional interaction: Close collaboration with Product, Finance, Risk & Fraud teams.
- Development: Participation in automation and Digital Transformation processes within the payment department.
📊 What we expect from the candidate:
- Experience in Payments / PSP (iGaming, Fintech, banking sector, or crypto payments).
- Understanding of payment flow, reasons for declines, and routing logic.
- Ability to work with metrics and numbers, a love for structure and documentation.
- English: confident conversational B2-C1 (mandatory).
- Proactiveness: ability to come up with ready-made solutions, not wait for instructions.
- Focus on stable, long-term work.
