🔹 Responsibilities: • Managing payment methods and connecting new PSPs • Managing payment routing and cascading • Partner negotiations • Analysis of approve rate, conversion, chargebacks, and commissions • Launching payment solutions for international GEOs

🔹** Requirements:** • Experience in Payments / FinTech / PSP for 2+ years • Experience with PSPs, acquiring, or payment gateways • Understanding of payment flow, routing, and chargebacks • English B2+

🔹** Will be a plus:** • Experience in iGaming, Betting, Crypto, or High-Risk
