We are looking for an experienced Payment Manager to be responsible for managing and optimizing payment processes across multiple jurisdictions.

This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong understanding of the payment ecosystem, experience with acquiring banks, PSPs, Visa/Mastercard requirements, payment KPIs, chargebacks, FX costs, and payment cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage relationships with acquiring banks, PSPs, and payment partners • Monitor approval rates, declines, chargebacks, and transaction costs • Analyze payment costs: interchange, scheme fees, FX, and processing fees • Support the implementation of new payment methods and markets • Prepare reports and recommendations for management • Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Finance, Risk, and Legal teams

We expect: • 3+ years of experience in payments / PSP management / fintech / acquiring / payment operations • Good understanding of Visa and Mastercard requirements • Strong analytical skills and proficient Excel • Experience with payment KPIs and performance reporting • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills • Fluent English

Bonus points for: experience in fintech, iGaming, forex, digital services, EU payment regulations, payment orchestration platforms, fraud prevention, and chargeback management.
