📍 Limassol, Cyprus Full-time / Office

Responsibilities: 🟢 Developing and implementing strategies against fraud and abuse to protect the company's financial flows;; 🟢 Proposing and optimizing anti-fraud rules to maintain the balance between security and conversion rates; 🟢 Analyzing transaction data to identify new fraud patterns for rapid threat response; 🟢Tracking key performance indicators (fraud/chargeback/approval rates) to maintain payment process efficiency.

Requirements: 🧩 Experience in payment risk and fraud management to ensure transaction security and minimize financial loss; 🧩 Proficiency in chargeback handling processes to effectively dispute and reduce chargeback rates; 🧩 Knowledge of payment system architecture to understand technical vulnerabilities and traffic flows.
