Chief Risk Officer (CRO)

We are growing, and we need a Chief Risk Officer to take over the entire risk function of the company. Not to "maintain what exists", but to build strategy, control systems, and processes from scratch. This is a position where your decisions directly impact the stability and growth of the business.

What you will do
• Develop the risk management strategy, policies, control system, and company's risk appetite;
• Lead a team of 7 people in Traffic, Chargeback, and Compliance — develop people, maintain focus, and make final decisions;
• Oversee daily risk operations: transaction monitoring, chargeback management, identification of new risk patterns;
• Identify and mitigate operational, transactional, merchant, compliance, and payment risks;
• Make complex and significant risk decisions and be responsible for them;
• Interact with internal teams and external payment partners;
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and partner expectations;
• Provide analytics, recommendations, and strategic expertise to top management.

What is important to us
• Higher legal education;
• Experience in fintech, PSP/DSP, banking, or related fields;
• Deep understanding of risk management, compliance, chargebacks, transaction monitoring, and payment operations;
• Proven experience in team management and independent responsibility for the risk function;
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with practical tasks and a commercial approach;
• Strong analytical and communication skills, independence, attention to detail;
• Fluent English for working in an international environment: communication with partners, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
