We are looking for a C-suite CRO to develop the risk function and interact with the Central Bank and the Board of Directors.
Responsibilities: • Development of the Risk Management Strategy, refinement of Risk Appetite in accordance with shareholder objectives and bank strategy, IFRS 9, stress testing. • Credit, market, operational risks; implementation of Basel III elements, planned transition to IFRS 9. • Management of the risk function of 100+ employees; participation in the Credit Committee and Asset and Liability Management Committee. • Dialogue with the Bank of Russia, regulatory and management reporting, preparation for inspections. • Development of risk culture and digitalization of the risk function.
Requirements: • 10+ years in bank risk management, 5+ years in C-level / management roles in TOP-30 banks. • Experience managing a credit portfolio of ₽300 billion+, NPL control, deal structuring in project finance and M&A transactions, development of retail lending and SME lending. • Experience in building and developing a market risk management system. • Expertise: Basel III, IFRS standards, regulatory framework of the Bank of Russia. • Experience in building and validating mathematical models for various business segments. • English Upper-Intermediate+. • Impeccable reputation.
