What will you be doing?

Risk Management Strategy:

• Development / updating, implementation, and management of the execution of the group of companies' credit policy, taking into account industry specifics, client size, and the company's risk appetite.
• Determination of concentration limits by industry, group of companies, and individual large borrowers.
• Ensuring a reasonable balance between credit risks and exponential business growth.

Limit and Process Management:

• Development of the process for setting and revising limits, development of a dynamic approach to limit management based on external and internal factors.
• Ensuring risk-based pricing, interaction with business units.
• Participation in dealing with problem debt at early stages (preventive blocking, notifications), close interaction with the collection department.
• Integration of risk processes with CRM and billing systems to create a seamless customer journey.

Portfolio Monitoring and Control:

• Stress testing of the portfolio and calculation of provisions for expected credit losses (in accordance with IFRS 9 / management model).
• Regular and timely monitoring of the credit portfolio quality, segmentation of clients by risk level.
• Preparation of analytics on factors affecting risk size and measures to reduce it.
