Industry - FinTech operator (Top 3 employer according to HH 2024) Role - CEO-2, Head of Credit Risk and Credit Process Management.

What is needed for maximum results: ✅ 5-7+ years of experience in leading positions in B2B credit risk management (banks, leasing, fintech, fuel operators) / B2C (credit card product) ✅ Portfolio management with limits / turnover of 10+ billion rubles. ✅ Understanding of the ML model development cycle in credit scoring - ability to set tasks for the Data Science team ✅ Understanding of model quality metrics (Gini, KS, PSI) ✅ Advanced Excel / SQL / Power BI / Tableau for independent data analysis ✅ Experience in implementing scoring cards and automating the credit pipeline

Will be an advantage: ⭐ Experience transforming the risk function into a proactive / predictive one ⭐ Experience building a team from scratch

Key tasks to be solved: 📌 Development and implementation of credit policy in the B2B segment (legal entities and sole proprietors) 📌 Implementation of real-time online scoring at the client acquisition stage 📌 Automation of portfolio monitoring (Early Warning System, dashboards) 📌 Portfolio stress testing and reserve calculation (IFRS 9) 📌 Finding a balance between minimizing risk and growing business volumes
