Requirements for the candidate for the Product Lead position
Mandatory requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in the banking sector.
- Practical experience in developing, launching, and managing credit products at all stages of their lifecycle.
- Knowledge of the regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic (NLBA NBKR) governing the credit activities of banks, and the ability to apply them in the development and modification of products.
- Ability to independently develop a financial model for a product and calculate P&L, including interest income, funding costs, commission income, operating expenses, cost of risk, and final profitability.
- Understanding of credit risk management principles, borrower solvency assessment, scoring, underwriting, and credit terms formation.
- Experience in analyzing credit portfolios, financial indicators, profitability, and loan quality.
- Experience in preparing business requirements and technical specifications for the automation of credit processes, interaction with IT teams, and support for the implementation of product tasks.
- Proficient in Excel, with skills in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Developed analytical skills, systemic thinking, independence in decision-making, and focus on achieving business results.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience with collateralized credit products.
- Experience in interacting with partners and developing partner sales channels.
- Experience in optimizing the customer journey and digitalization of credit processes.
