Technical Product Lead

Credit Platform)

We are looking for a Technical Product Lead for the credit platform — the core of the entire holding's credit business. This is the system through which every credit application passes: scoring, risk policies, integrations with credit bureaus and data providers, limits, and decision-making.

The scale is millions of scoring decisions and $1B+ in issuances, so the team's decisions directly impact the economics of the credit business.

What you will do:

• Develop the strategy and roadmap for the credit platform;
• Be responsible for the product from hypothesis to result;
• Improve the unit economics of scoring;
• Develop the credit decision-making system together with risks and DS;
• Work with engineers, analysts, and C-Level.

What is important:

• 5+ years of product experience;
• Experience in fintech and lending;
• Understanding of credit risks and portfolio metrics;
• Confident SQL and the ability to work independently with data;
• Ability to take ownership and be responsible for results.
