Responsibilities:
- Development and presentation of product roadmaps to internal and external stakeholders;
- Formation of product and architectural requirements for high-load systems;
- Management of the full product lifecycle: discovery → design → development → integration → launch → operation;
- Coordination of the work of product, technical, legal, and commercial teams;
- Interaction with government bodies and regulators: agreement of terms, signing of contracts, compliance with legal requirements;
- Building and monitoring SLA/SLO (uptime, payment processing times, refunds, incidents);
- Responsibility for key product KPIs: number and volume of transactions, uptime, user satisfaction, profitability.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Product Manager in fintech / payments / B2B platforms;
- Experience with payment processing, banks, or government agencies;
- Understanding of acquiring processes and payment infrastructure;
- Knowledge of the payment ecosystem of Uzbekistan (Uzcard, Humo) and the regulatory requirements of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
- Strong analytical skills, experience with product analytics (Yandex Metrica, Mixpanel, Grafana, Kibana);
- Understanding of the principles of building high-load systems: microservice architecture, message queues and data buses (Kafka, RabbitMQ), fault tolerance and scaling;
- Understanding of information security and compliance requirements: PCI DSS, ISO 27001, AML/KYC, regulatory requirements;
- Experience with product and project management tools: Jira, Confluence, Asana, Miro, Figma;
- Financial modeling skills: unit economics, ROI calculation, tariff grids, revenue sharing;
- Basic knowledge of SQL / BI tools for independent data analysis;
- Fluent in Russian and Uzbek languages;
- Developed negotiation and stakeholder management skills, ability to defend decisions with arguments;
- Systems thinking, responsibility for results, ability to work in conditions of uncertainty.
