Responsibilities:
- Development and defense of product roadmaps before internal and external stakeholders;
- Formation of product and architectural requirements for high-load systems;
- Management of the full product lifecycle: discovery → design → development → integration → launch → operation;
- Coordination of product, technical, legal, and commercial teams;
- Interaction with government bodies and regulators: agreement of terms, signing of contracts, compliance with legal requirements;
- Building and monitoring SLA/SLO (uptime, payment processing times, refunds, incidents);
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in fintech / payments / B2B platforms;
- Strong analytical skills, experience with product analytics (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Grafana, Kibana);
- Understanding of high-load system design principles: microservices architecture, message queues and data buses (Kafka, RabbitMQ), fault tolerance and scalability;
- Understanding of information security and compliance requirements: PCI DSS, ISO 27001, AML/KYC, regulatory requirements;
- Experience with product and project management tools: Jira, Confluence, Asana, Miro, Figma;
- Financial modeling skills: unit economics, ROI calculation, tariff grids, revenue sharing;
- Basic knowledge of SQL / BI tools for independent data analysis.
