Responsibilities: • Build the risk function from scratch. • Manage credit risks, scoring models, and anti-fraud. • Monitor key risk metrics and portfolio profitability. • Lead a team of analysts and specialists. • Collaborate with IT, finance, marketing, and collections.

Requirements: • From 3 years of experience in risk management (MFI, bank, or fintech). • From 1 year in a leadership position. • Knowledge of risk metrics (NPL, FPD/SPD, Vintage, Roll Rates, CoR, LTV). • SQL (basic level), Excel/Google Sheets. • Experience with scoring models, credit bureaus, and anti-fraud services.

Will be a plus: Python/R, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, A/B testing experience, and working with big data.
