An international FinTech company is looking for a Head of Risk Analytics to manage risk analytics and develop the credit portfolio.
Requirements:
- experience in a leadership position in Risk Analytics / Risk Management;
- mandatory experience in MFI / online lending / banking sector;
- confident proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets;
- understanding of credit portfolio, scoring, and risk management;
- team management experience.
Responsibilities:
- analysis and improvement of credit portfolio indicators;
- development of lending rules and scoring logic;
- managing a team of risk analysts;
- building reporting and interaction with IT.
Will be an advantage: Python, BI (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase), experience in developing scoring models.
