We are an international FinTech company specializing in online lending. Since 2025, we have been successfully operating in the Spanish market and are looking for an experienced Head of Risk Analytics to lead our risk analytics function and drive the quality, profitability, and performance of our lending portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve key portfolio performance metrics, including DPD, Default Rate, Delinquency, NPL, Approval Rate, Cost of Risk, and portfolio profitability.
• Develop and optimize underwriting rules, credit scoring logic, approval criteria, and credit limits through data analysis and continuous testing.
• Lead and mentor a team of Risk Analysts, ensuring high-quality analytical output and professional development.
• Perform advanced data analysis using PostgreSQL, including customer segmentation, hypothesis testing, and impact assessment.
• Prepare technical specifications for the IT team to implement new business rules and monitor the accuracy of implementation.
• Build analytical dashboards, automate reporting, and prepare regular management reports.
• Collaborate closely with Risk Operations and other business teams to achieve target portfolio performance and improve operational efficiency.
