Head of Risk Analytics

💻 Remote | 💰 $2,500–3,500 Company in the microfinance sector We are looking for a Head of Risk Analytics to lead the risk analytics department and be responsible for the quality of the credit portfolio and the development of scoring logic. Main tasks: • Analysis of DPD, Default, NPL, Approval Rate, Cost of Risk, and portfolio profitability • Development of credit rules and scoring, hypothesis testing • Management of the risk analytics team and KPIs • Data manipulation in SQL / PostgreSQL • Preparation of technical specifications for IT and control over the implementation of risk rules • Risk reporting and analytical dashboards Requirements: • Experience in a managerial role in Risk Management / Risk Analytics • Experience in MFOs, microfinance, or banks • Proficient SQL, Excel / Google Sheets • Understanding of credit product economics and risk management • Team management experience Would be a plus: Python, Metabase / Tableau / Power BI, scoring models, anti-fraud. 📍 Fully remote 💰 $2,500–3,500 📞 **Alina **+380681116072
